Orders placed Monday-Thursday before 2 PM (EST) will begin processing within 24 hours*, pending availability and credit card authorization.
Orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
Lampadas will contact you with a follow-up email if, for some reason, the merchandise you have selected is currently out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit authorization.
*Drapery & Hardware: Once your drapery/hardware order is processed, these items will ship out in approximately 14-28 business days. These are custom orders, therefore the lead time varies per order and customization requirements.
We use UPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
During checkout, you will have the option of choosing an expedited form of shipping quoted from original UPS shipping rates.
- Your shipping method selection does not change the production timeline of a product.
- The shipping method you select will be applied once your order is complete and ready to ship (production turnaround of approximately 14-28 days).
- DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that will include the UPS tracking number for your package.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from LAMPADASDESIGN.COM, you are responsible for both the original shipping cost incurred and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Items shipped within Alabama are subject to Alabama’s State Sales Tax.
We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties.
When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.
Lampadas accepts exchanges on full priced merchandise that is in its original condition. In order to fit the specific needs of each customer Lampadas offers a wide-range of product customization, therefore we cannot accept returns and refunds.
- You have 14 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it.
- Exchanges: Contact Customer Service within 3 days of original shipment. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the product for another one. No refund will be issued. Shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
- Damaged Items: Please remember to inspect your item upon arrival and do not sign for delivery until the shipping company notates the damage on the delivery confirmation. Lampadas is not responsible for packages that are received in a damaged condition, therefore it is important that you file a claim with our carrier, UPS. You can find the appropriate steps to take when filing a damage package claim at www.ups.com.
- All shipping charges are non refundable.
- Lampadas reserves the right to refuse a exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the three (3) day claim report and fourteen (14) day exchange period.
- Contact Customer Service for availability of desired exchange item(s).
- Ship your exchange through an insured trackable carrier, as Lampada’s cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- An email notification will be sent to you once your package has been received by Lampadas.
